It is a very well located hotel, although access is a bit complicated if you don't know it. It has parking (paid) accessible by an elevator quite adjusted to the measures of the vehicles of today, and it is necessary to calculate very well if we do not want to have a displeasure. It also has a small swimming pool, enough to refresh us in summer, with a wide terrace where we can relax. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the least, for 2 adults and a child. The wifi signal is quite acceptable throughout the premises. The breakfast buffet, is quite normal, and in the restaurant, the air conditioning was very strong. The staff was very good, friendly, attentive and willing to give us all the information we need.

The air conditioning was a little loud in the living room. The elevator in the parking lot is too tight for certain cars.

We thoroughly enjoyed inexpensive and sensational breakfasts!

The hotel was a super base for enjoying a fairly nice area, close to which was nice. We were greeted by amicable, excellent staff. The location was lovely, only 5 minutes walk to Ubeda.

The facilities are new and beautiful. The rooms are huge, in our case, two beds together of 1.05 each if they were not bigger, impressive size, huge two door closet, zero space problems. It is well decorated and everything is very clean, it's nice that it always smells good when you enter the room. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The Spa is small but enough to get you to relax as it is for private use, the massages are very good too, they have a pack with some very good offers. The location is excellent within the historical center.

The mattresses of the very hard beds looked new so we assume that would be the reason. The high pillow on both beds, but not important because they have soft cushions that you can use as a substitute. There is no brush in the toilet, which is cleaned every day but... The water in the shower is impossible to regulate, you get burned or frozen. The wifi does not work in the room, directly null.

What a fantastic way to bring in the New Year! The hotel had plenty of character and charm. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for exploring the surroundings with plenty of attractions nearby. We especially loved the breakfast and dinner offerings, with fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Parking and accessibility were a bit of an issue. The narrow roads leading to the hotel made it a bit difficult to navigate, and there wasn't a lot of parking available. Also, the rooms were a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. Nonetheless, the hotel's unique charm and great service more than make up for these shortcomings. we would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

location is only 1 min. away from the Calle Real, at night gets quite crowded. Add that it is 2 min. from the Bar dedicated to Joaquin Sabina, nice and totally recommended to go. Quite large the room, although a little exaggerated as we were only two.. I would recommend the menus of the day of the hotel, since they are 12 Euros and truth that for that price and what it offers, in few places you are going to find something better..

room was quite cold on arrival, so I would recommend that in cold weather, 1 hour or 30 minutes before the client's arrival, they turn on the heating. Since they are big rooms, they are difficult to heat, with a window. In my room. I suppose that it will not be something general, plate of shower was doing waters for all sides, that is to say to finish showering to us..., to have a huge puddle in the bath, screen of the shower something small. for as they usually are, I recommend that to eat anywhere but the restaurant "El Seco". totally a robbery.

In general the evaluation has been good, so that you can get an idea of the details:. Room: there were two beds together of 1.35 each, great. The pillow is hard but passable. Good lighting. Bathroom: The bathroom was inside, it had a medium size, with a wide and well lit shower tray. Staff: The reception staff was correct and friendly. Location: The situation of the hotel is very good, in the middle of the center, you don't need the car to visit the city, you have the most important monuments at a step.

The car park (10 euros per night) is in a basement that has to be accessed through a very narrow car lift, to maneuver a lot to park and to pray to Santa Teresa to get out of there in the same place with the two mirrors..uf. Big cars, off-road style or minivan, if you are not devoted better abstain

I recently stayed at this hotel in the historic district and it was a great find. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the old town, making it easy to explore the charming streets and visit the nearby attractions. The rooms have been refurbished in a modern style and my bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail with a comfy sofa in the room, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were well taken care of. Plus, having breakfast included was a bonus!

All was fine during my stay.

I felt that I was someone that they wanted to have and nothing was too much trouble. The position of the Hotel was perfect for exploring this elegant historic town. I came by car and had a first in driving the car into a lift to be taken down to the basement. This was easily done with no problems. Even when we arrived late one night the night staff was quick to open the hotel door before I even had time to ring the bell. I liked the personel touch with books available to read in your room and most languages covered. This is the second Spanish Husca hotel I have stayed in and they just get better.

I did not like the fact that I was unable to get a coffee after 11.00 which makes the start of the day exploring a town. I found that I had been charged an extra day´s evening meal which was not spotted until I got back home.

I liked the secure parking ( auto elevator to basement), the large size of the rooms, and the central location as well as a pool.

The hotel is hard to navigate to through the narrow one way streets.
